Reporting to: Branch Manager

1. Greetings, welcoming and seating customers in courteous and friendly manner

2. To be thoroughly informed and updated on menu information including on-going promotions

3. Abide to procedural flow for food ordering, collection and service

4. Ensure source counter have sufficient source, soup and cutleries for customers

5. Ensure work stations have sufficient supplies for operational needs.

6. Ensure personal hygiene, uniforms and personal appearance in clean condition

7. Accurately takes order from customers

8. Strive to prevent loss and breakages of equipment, linens, crockeries, cutleries

9. Handling of customer request in prompt manner

10. Courteously welcome and handle in proper customer complaints

11. Strive to understand customer demands and recommend menu items of preference

12. Ensure proper voice tone, gesture, eye contact and body language in attending to customers

13. Understanding and thorough knowledge on the hygiene standards set by the company

14. Strive to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet including food & beverage preparation area

15. Prepare all food according to the SOP and cooking method


1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

2. Required language (s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English

3. Preferably Non-Executive specialised in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent

4. Required Skill (s): Cleaning, Customer Service, Quality Control & Certification Courses, Cashiering, Staff and Inventory Management (All the training will be provided to staff regardless of experience)
